Dr. Gutierrez is a powerful convener and facilitator. She is deeply skilled at energizing the capacity within leaders to engage the work and remove the barriers limiting impact and organizational effectiveness. She does not shy away from the difficult or uncomfortable conversations and continually speaks truth to power, and holding the room accountable to the change they seek to create. Any organization that works with Dr. Gutierrez will be better for doing so.
